The idea – we are fulfilling dreams of shopping mall visitors. The aim – to create the image of shopping mall as a positive and family friendly shopping mall.
The task – to get feedback from a consumer and to create emotionally positive communication.
In order to participate in the campaign, a customer had to tell his/her dream in a letter. After careful evaluation of all the letters there were 139 dreams fulfilled and joy given to 1240 people, 91 dog and cat. There were the opening and closing events organized, as well as dream fulfillment.
